1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using XR Portal's website at xr-portals.com("the Website") and any related services, platforms, or applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and XR Portal. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

XR Portal provides augmented reality (AR) solutions for architectural and interior design visualization, including but not limited to:

• XR Maquette: True-to-scale AR walkthroughs for architectural models.
• XR Kitchen: Custom kitchen design visualization in augmented reality.
• XR Frame: Virtual picture frame placement and AR preview.
• Custom XR Solutions: Bespoke AR applications tailored to business needs.
• XR Consulting & Optimization: Strategic guidance and performance improvement services.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

4. Content & 3D Assets

Our Services allow you to upload, share, and interact with various content, including 3D models, textures, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your User Content.

By submitting User Content through our Services, you grant XR Portal a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content as described in these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any software intended to damage or alter computer systems or data.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, or related systems or networks.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our express written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

The XR Portal name, logo, website design, source code, software, visual elements, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by XR Portal and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain Services may be offered on a paid basis. By purchasing a subscription or paid service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with the plan or service you select.
• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees, if applicable.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in Section 8 (Refund Policy). Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice.

8. Refund Policy

Because our Services provide access to digital content and AR experiences, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

• Service Not Delivered: If a paid service was not delivered as described.
• Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues prevented you from using the service and we were unable to resolve them.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service in error.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase by contacting us at xr.portal.official@gmail.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XR Portal, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services or unauthorized access to your data.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XR Portal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Any User Content you submit through the Services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
• We may delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention obligations.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Egypt.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect, where practicable.
• Notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website for significant changes.

Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
